In case you face a problem with any of the CBPS functionality, then please send an email to [email protected] (hereinafter "email address") immediately. After you send the email to the above email address, you will receive an email indicating a specific reference number, either constructed by numbers or letters or both (hereinafter referred as "the ticket number"). This ticket number must be used by you always in any contact in order for the Company's representatives to allocate the issue. Upon, execution of the ticket number and successful resolution of the problem then the Company's representatives will request from you to confirm the resolution with an email confirmation. The ticket will be automatically closed if Constance does not receive confirmation of resolution within 4 business days.
In case you are facing an issue with placing, cancelling or executing an order through any of the CBPS functions please call +357 22 020696 during our working hours (Monday - Friday 09:00 to 23:00 UTC+3) to contact our support team. If the request is not related to a technical fault, Constance reserves the right to charge for the call as a Broker Assisted Trade as per Appendix 4 to the Brokerage Services Agreement – VIP Commissions. The Appendix is located on www.constancei.com in the Information Centre.
The Company is not held liable for any losses and/or damages due to any delay and/or dereliction from the client’s side. Constance Investment Ltd aims to resolve issues within a reasonable time frame depending on the nature of the request, the volume of current open requests and other unforeseen conditions.”
